Real Estate Salesperson and Broker Pre-licensing training will be conducted by Harold Fuhrman for Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS^® Real Estate Institute. Harold is currently Director of Investment Real Estate for Commercial Realty Advisors, Centerville. He is an attorney (member of the New York State Bar) and has unusually strong teaching skills. Harold has conducted over a thousand seminars and training sessions in such areas as Sales, Social Styles, and Customer Service and for the past year has successfully prepared students for the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson and Broker exams. He also assists the Real Estate Institute with real estate continuing education offerings.
